The Nidever Team
Kolton was born and raised in Redding. He began his professional journey at the local Safeway, where he learned the ropes of business management. Inspired by his father's 40-year career in construction, Kolton joined a construction restoration company, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Kolton's desire to leverage technology in construction led him to launch his own company.
His father, a lifelong Shasta County resident and Marine Corps veteran, joined him as general manager. After his military service, Bruce Nidever found his passion working in residential construction. His background guides the company’s operations and strategy, while Kolton's entrepreneurial spirit and love of working in the trades drive the company forward.
